Thank you for shopping at Cheryl Kelly & Co., Inc. (CKCo). Below you’ll find the details about how we handle returns, refunds, and related policies. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at info@cherylkelly.co.

Our customers are tops here at Cheryl Kelly & Co., Inc. after all...our formulas are made specifically with you in mind. We hope you are thrilled with your purchase from us! However, we realize there are times you may need to return a product. If this is you, please review below:

  • Returns must be made within 60 days of your receipt date for a refund or store credit.
  • Products must originally be purchased from CHERYLKELLY.CO
  • We do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
  • Please contact us at info@cherylkelly.co, to start the return process and include the reason for wishing to return your product.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded. If you received damaged products, please see the Damages and issues policy. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Note: not all requests for returns require products to be shipped back to Cheryl Kelly & Co., Inc. We reserve the right to accept or decline return requests on a case by case basis. 

If your return is accepted:

  • Please make sure to record your tracking number when you ship your package. We won't issue a refund until receipt of the returned product is confirmed.  We are not responsible for lost packages.
  • Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your package.
  • Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.

Only items purchased on www.cherylkelly.co may be accepted for a return.  Please get ahold of your point of purchase location if your items were purchased from a retailer location that sells Cheryl Kelly & Co. products. They should honor their return policy. If you are having difficulties, please contact us at info@cherylkelly.co.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is our goal that you love all the products you order. Please contact us via email within 30 days for a replacement.  Items will not be replaced after 60 days. If you have any questions, please email us at info@cherylkelly.co.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges/Store credit
We will gladly exchange products that are damaged, defective, or unused. If you would like to exchange your product or get a store credit, please review below:

  • Exchanges must be made within 60 days of your receipt date for the exchange to be approved.
  • We do not refund original shipping costs with the exchange/store credit.
  • Please contact us at info@cherylkelly.co, to start the exchange/store credit process and include the reason for wishing to exchange your product.

If your exchange is accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded. If you received damaged products, please see the Damages and issues policy. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.   • If the product you wish to receive for your exchange costs more than what your returned, we will contact you for the balance owed.

Items accepted for exchange must be purchased from cherylkelly.co only, no exchanges will be accepted at retail locations that carry Cheryl Kelly & Co. products.

Please Note:  Empty containers cannot be accepted for an exchange.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
