1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays), unless otherwise noted.

Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. CST will be processed the next business day.

During peak periods (e.g. holidays, product launches), processing may take up to 5 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information (if applicable).

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Free Standard Shipping is offered on US orders over $75 (pre-tax).

For orders $75 and under (pre-tax), we charge a flat shipping fee of $7.

Expedited and overnight options incur additional fees (see checkout).
5. Local Pickup

We also offer curb-side pickup at 255 N. Webster Ave., Jacksonville, IL (see checkout).
6. Order Changes, Cancellations & Address Issues

If you need to change, cancel, or correct your order, please contact us immediately at info@cherylkelly.co

We may be unable to make changes once order processing has begun.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If an address is entered incorrectly, additional shipping fees may apply to resend.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is shipped, the package is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please check with neighbors and your local post office.

If your item arrives damaged, retain all packaging and email us at info@cherylkelly.co with photos. We will work with the carrier and may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

In cases of lost or irretrievable packages, we may offer a reshipment or refund, depending on the circumstances and carrier insurance.
8. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.
9. Service Interruptions & Delays

Delays can happen due to weather, carrier issues, customs, natural disasters, holidays, or supply chain disruptions.

We will notify you via email or website banner if we anticipate significant delays.

In such cases, we appreciate your patience and will do our best to get your order to you.
10. Exceptions & Restrictions

We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Some products (based on weight, size, or ingredients) may incur special shipping surcharges or be ineligible for expedited shipping.

Tips for our Skincare, Makeup & Perfume Shipments
During extreme heat or cold, we may delay shipments or include insulated packaging to protect product integrity. Please be mindful to pick up your packages from outdoors as soon as they are delivered and take them inside to a climate controlled area. Damages incurred due to neglected products in extreme temperatures are not the responsibility of Cheryl Kelly & Co., Inc.
